It is our aim to supply high quality goods to you. We want you to be totally satisfied with the goods we provide. If however you are not fully satisfied with the purchase, you may return the goods to us following the instructions below. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy on line or by phone, you are entitled to a full refund if you request one within the timescales below. The Distance Selling Regulations however do not apply to business to business contracts. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
The following is our policy where you wish to return goods in a variety of circumstances. Please take a moment to read through it. Our policy concerning the return of goods does not apply in regard to, unless faulty, personalised goods, custom made goods, perishable goods such as magazines, unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software or video. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind you may return the goods for a replacement or a refund. You may return the goods to us for any reason at any time up to the seventh working day after you receive the goods. You do not have to give us a reason for the return of the goods but please complete the Returns Form and enclose this with the goods you are returning to us. The full refund (including any delivery charges) will be provided if you indicate on the Returns Form that you require a full refund. Personalised goods, custom made goods, perishable goods, unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes and other recording media, software or video are excluded from this guarantee.
We ask you to contact us in advance of the return by telephoning Shelley Blundell on 012 5333 6021 to request returns authorisation number which you then need to insert on the Returns Forms.
Returned goods must be in the same condition as when they left our premises and include the original packaging and the receipt. Please take reasonable care of the goods while in your care.

We would advise you that you send the goods by special delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for the goods lost in the post.
Please note that you are responsible for any postal charges when returning the goods to us. Please see our terms and conditions and refer to the written information we have provided to you. If the goods you are returning are faulty or do not match description, you are not responsible for any postal charges involved in returning of the goods to us
